1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Insyte ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Insyte is a sales intelligence platform that provides company data, contact information, and AI-powered research tools for B2B sales teams. The Service includes:

  • Company search and discovery
  • Contact enrichment and verification
  • AI research agent
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Buying signals and alerts

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

4. Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for various actions:

  • Basic searches: 1 credit
  • Contact reveals: 1 credit
  • AI deep research: 10 credits

Credits are non-refundable and expire according to your plan terms. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Scrape, harvest, or mass-download data
  • Resell or redistribute data without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data provided through the Service is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying information before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Insyte and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Purchased credit packs remain available
  • Your data may be deleted after 90 days

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insyte from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
